New projects strengthen Purebrand’s foundations in commercial property sector

In contrast with the current economic trend, Purebrand is experiencing a marked growth in business from within the commercial property sector, with new projects being awarded by both developers and agents.

Following a two-way pitch in January, Purebrand has been appointed by award-winning developer St. James Securities to brand its new environmental office development, Wheatley Park, in Mirfield, West Yorkshire.

The name behind a number of landmark developments around the region, including Leeds’ Round Foundry and the 30-storey Bridgewater Place building, St. James Securities is the latest addition to Purebrand’s growing list of property clients.

Over the last twelve months, Purebrand has also developed a successful working partnership with Priority Sites, the national development company formed by a joint venture between the Homes and Communities Agency and The Royal Bank of Scotland. A number of high profile projects have been delivered, including an integrated campaign featuring a micro-site, brochures and regional press advertising for The Media Exchange development in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

Impressed by the agency’s growing credentials in this sector, North-East commercial property agent Naylors has recently commissioned Purebrand, with briefs to produce literature for two prominent office buildings which they are currently marketing in the fast developing Tees Valley Regeneration area.
