Priority Sites

Priority Sites is an exciting new joint venture which brings together the muscle of a major private-sector financial group, the bricks of The Royal Bank of Scotland, and the mortar of the public-sector national regeneration agency, English Partnerships.

Specialising in the development of architecturally imaginative business spaces across a wide range of business sectors, Priority Sites build buildings which meet the needs of their tenants but also use a radical mix of two parts cement, one part water and three parts of creativity.

The company focuses on sites within the regeneration areas of England, with schemes being built on business parks, city centre locations or as part of mixed-use schemes. The North East is an area which is currently benefiting from a Priority Sites makeover.

Purebrand has recently donned its hard hat and fluorescent vest and helped build the Priority Sites brand by creating brand identities that reflect each developments unique selling point. We have produced eye catching brochures, flyers, marketing boards, websites and advertisements that have all been met with a chorus of hearty wolf whistles.
